I recently visited Greece with mama, papa and bhaiya and here is a mindmap about it.

And here is an interesting acronym.

G – Gorgeous – Do you know how gorgeous Athens, Meteora and Santorini are

R – Restful – The hotels were restful.

E – Enthusing – How could I forget the beaches which were very enthusing.

E – Exhausting – The tours were soooo exhausting…

C – Comfortable – How comfortable the trains, planes and ships were!

E – Exciting – You can’t imagine how exciting the Greek Gods powers were.

I had a got a holiday homework to choose one thing out of four options and do that thing. You know it’s difficult to choose one thing out of four, so I chose to do three of them. The three are – to write a food blog, to write a new recipe and interviewing my grandparents and listing a few home remedies for beating the heat.

This is my food blog about how to make aam panna. Aam Panna is a cool drink that can refresh you if you have come after playing outside, if you have come after work etc. My dadi makes it for me everyday and she taught me how to make it, Here is the recipe of how to make Aam Panna.

1. Boil a raw mango.
2. Take out it’s pulp.
3. Mix black salt, roasted cummin seeds, sugar and pudina leaves with the pulp.
4. Now churn this mixture in the grinder.
5. Strain the mixture.
6. Now keep it in the fridge and whenever you want to drink it, mix water in it and drink it.

This recipe is enough to make one glass aam panna.

So what feeling did you have after drinking your aam panna? The first time I drank aam panna, I had a cool and refreshed feeling.

Dear diary,

Should I tell you about my visit to N.S.C (National Science Center)? Yes right? So here it is.

I went there with Ishaan bhaiya, Mama and Nani by car. When we reached it was 12:30 pm but we stayed till 2 pm.

In the car I felt really excited because I had gone to NSC before also and had loads of fun. When I entered, I was just so surprised and excited because the energy ball section was just in front of the gate and for the first ten seconds, I couldn’t spot any ball but then I did spot one ball.

What happened next was total fun. I watched Science on a Sphere and in that it was all about space science and they asked us questions. I learnt that there is 70% of water on earth but there is still less water for drinking because only river’s water can get purified, ocean’s water cannot get purified. I also learnt that the sun is the lucky star because it has lots of heat, light and energy and because of that we are also lucky as we get the sun’s light and heat on earth.

After the show, I did the mirror maze, colourful shadow, head on a platter etc. I learnt that zero is neither negative, nor positive and we can make touch illusion hot and cold by putting two objects – one very hot and other very cold – very close to each other.

After I left, I wanted to stay for more time but I had to go.

This is a movie review about the movie ‘Aladdin’. Aladdin is an exciting movie, it also has lots of magic.

In this movie, Aladdin is a poor boy. With the help of the genie, he becomes a prince and marries a princess.

The characters in this movie are Aladdin, Jafar, Jasmine, Genie, Sultan of Agrabah, Abu the monkey, Magic Carpet, Dahliah and Jasmine’s tiger, Rajah.

The main character is Aladdin. I would describe him as good-hearted, kind and brave. My favourite scene is when the genie was coming out because Aladdin had rubbed the lamp. It was a like a huge genie coming out of a tornado. It made me feel scared and excited at the same time.

I would surely recommend this to other children and adults. Those who watch this movie, don’t get scared in some parts even if Jafar does some cruel things because nothing will happen. I feel this movie could have been better if there had been less songs.

If the director of this movie reads this blog, please take my suggestion.

Our main questions today are how to make a mind map and what is a mind map. A mind map is a map where we collect our thoughts.

Like a tree has a stem and then branches and then leaves, similarly, a mind map has a main topic in the middle, then topics attached to it and the topics are divided into parts.

My brother and mother taught me how to make a mind map and you can see the picture of my first mind map below.

The topic of my mind map is space and astronomy because I want to be an astronaut when I grow up and get to discover a lot about space.

I went to Kidzania on 18TH May, 2019 with my school friends Aditya, Aekus, etc. to celebrate my birthday party. Before the party had even started, I felt too excited because this was the first time I would get to go to Amity University in Kidzania (I had turned 8). I mean… I … I… I cant tell you what happened in Kidzania. I … I … I mean it was sooooo much fun. I went to Amity University (but i failed). I also went to candy factory.Iin the beginning I was really confused that what activity should I go to. Then I asked my friends and they told me exciting places to go to. After my party was over I felt like going to Kidzania again.

I could barely sleep on 16th because of the excitement I had of my birthday. I am going to tell you about my birthday party.

I had a great birthday party on 17th May 2019 in my house. I had called Krishna bhaiya, Raghav bhaiya, Shubham bhaiya etc. When nobody except me and my brother were there, I felt tooooooooo excited. In the party, I got bored in the beginning but after some time, I was having a lot of fun. In the beginning, nobody was playing with me but after some time all of us played basketball, Nerf and dark room. When the party was happening, I couldn’t bear to stop playing. When everyone went, I wished my next birthday would also be rocking like this one.

I read the book ‘Padma and the blue Dinosaur’ by Vaishali Shroff recently. I really liked it and I wrote a summary of the book.

This story is about Padma who is the grand-daughter of Labubhen and Labubhen is a shepherd. Padma had lost her parents in a famine. Labubhen was very energetic. She went to the temple everyday while her cows grazed nearby. Padma used to catch up with Labubhen after school. She watched the cows while sitting on a rock and making stories. Padma also used to draw magical and strange creatures on the rocks and Labubhen said that they resemble the makaras from Ramayana and Mahabharata.

Padma also has a friend called Rock Uncle. He examined rocks with a senior palaeontologist and told Padma about dinosaurs. Rock uncle told Padma the names of real dinosaurs. Padma got excited and named hers and made endless stories.

One day, as Padma was going home with Labubhen and Rock Uncle, she tripped on a dinosaur egg nest. Rock uncle was really surprised and gave Padma one of the dinosaur eggs. Padma hurried back home holding the egg carefully. She was feeling very thankful to rock uncle.

At night, Padma could not sleep thinking about the egg. Padma thought there was a real dinosaur in the egg and Labubhen thought there was a makara. At last, Padma fell asleep but when they woke up, the egg was gone. Their house was also gone. They were in the middle of a deep forest lying on a tree’s roots. Padma and Labubhen were really shocked.

Then, they saw the egg covered with leaves. Just as Padma looked back, she saw a creature with a hyena’s face and the body of a giraffe. But it was blue and had a longer neck than a giraffe. They named it blue thingosaurus. Just then Rock Uncle came and said, “Aha! An Isisaurus, one of the most peculiar looking sauropods found in India. Rock Uncleis glad to see Padma and Labubhen.

The blue thingosaurus wanted his mummy. They decided to help him. Together they moved into a new and mysterious journey with a blue dinosaur following close behind. They walked and walked till the forest cover cleared and they reached a vast expanse of land.

There, they saw the kingdom of Jabalpuria. The guards tried to capture them because they thought that they were intruders. Labubhen said that they have an offer for the king and that’s why they have come there. They went to the king. The offer was making food for him and the king found it delightful. The king sent the guards to protect blue thingosaurus. One of the guards was Mahaan and the other was Baahu. Mahaan led the way and Baahu protected them. Labubhen saw something behind the trees and Mahaan and Baahu made those things run away. Baahu and Mahaan asked them to be alert.

At night, they saw several rajasauruses hunting. They fooled them by throwing rocks in the river and escaped. After sleeping, while clicking pictures, rock uncle spotted various blue Isisauruses. That was bluethingosaurus’s family! They all feasted the food that rock uncle and Labubhen cooked and slept.

The next morning, Padma woke up. Nobody remembered anything about the bluethingosaurus. That’s how Padma knew that it was a dream.
